Judgment
Application under Section 14 and 15(b) and (c) read with Section 18(1) and (2) of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.
ORDER
The applicant, claiming himself to be social activist and feeling aggrieved by inaction of the Authorities on representations dated 07.07.2023 and 10.07.2023 has filed the present application praying for directions to the Respondents to stop illegal development of colonies and consequent de-forestation and to take action against the land grabbers named in the application and to be identified after inquiry.
Vide order dated 14.08.2023 the applicant was allowed to implead the necessary parties and file copies of relevant documents.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application on the same cause of action by impleading the necessary/proper parties, giving better particulars and filing copies of the relevant documents.
Accordingly, the present Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
