The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking extension of time for filing the affidavit, stamp and court fee etc in support of bail application. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
The applicant shall do the needful within a period of three days, when the normal functioning of the Courts begins.
Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

Vide order dated 03.07.2020, the applicant was granted interim bail and was directed to surrender before the SHO Police Station, Sopore by or before 13.07.2020 and vide order dated 15.07.2020 the applicant was directed to surrender before SHO Police Station Sopore by or before 21.07.2020 but the applicant did not surrender. This Court vide order dated 29.07.2020 directed the SHO Police Station, Sopore to effect the arrest of the applicant/accused by or before 02.08.2020. It was further directed that in event, it was found by the concerned SHO that the applicant/accused has undergone surgery and is bedridden, the SHO concerned shall get the applicant/accused examined by a Doctor and seek his advice for lodgment of the accused/applicant in Police Station Sopore/Police Hospital Srinagar/District Jail Baramula. After this order was passed, the present application has been filed seeking extension of bail that was granted by the Court vide order dated 03.07.2020.
The applicant has placed on record documents regarding the medical ailment suffered by him. A perusal of the documents reveal that the applicant is suffering from lumbago, that cannot be termed as a serious ailment for which the applicant is required to be released on bail. More so, the applicant has flagrantly violated the order of this Court and till date, he has not surrendered before the police as directed earlier.
In view of this, no case for extension of bail is made out, as such, the instant application is dismissed.
Bail App No. 53/2020
Mr. Javed Iabal, Senior Superintendent of Police(SSP), Sopore along with Azeem Iqbal, Station House Officer(SHO), Sopore are present through virtual mode from the office of SSP Sopore. SSP Sopore has sought further time to comply with the order dated 29.07.2020 passed by this Court.
Prayer is accepted.
Two days' time is granted to them for showing compliance of order dated 29.07.2020 passed by this Court.
