They are heard.
This Misc.Criminal Case has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for extension of bail granted earlier to the applicant temporarily in M.Cr.C.No.60744/2022 dated 17.2.2023.
Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the mother of the applicant has died on 14.3.2023. The death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Afzalpur, District Mandsaur is placed on record. During the course of the argument, counsel for the applicant has also placed on record the computerized copy of the death certificate issued by the Sub-Registrar, Gram Panchayat, District-Mandsaur in which, it is mentioned that Tulsi Bai w/o Rajaram has died on 14.3.2023. Counsel has also submitted that the applicant was to be operated upon for his Hernia for which, the earlier bail application has been allowed temporarily. But, due to ailment of his mother, he could not do so and the time of bail may be extended for further period of one month.
Counsel for the respondent has opposed the prayer.
On due consideration of the submissions and on perusal of the documents filed on record, it is directed that the bail granted to the applicant on earlier occasion in M.Cr.C.No.60744/2022 dated 17.2.2023 shall stand extended for a further period of four weeks.
With the aforesaid, the M.Cr.C.stands disposed of.
