Judgment
Subodh Abhyankar, J
This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for extension of time of temporary bail as the petitioner was earlier granted temporary bail in M.Cr.C. No.30051 of 2023 vide order dated 04.08.2023 on the ground of his medical condition which requires surgery. The application was allowed for a period of four weeks only.
Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the medical certificate dated 19.08.2023 in which it is stated that the petitioner is suffering from anemia and has advised to take medication and diet for at least 15 days and then to undergo surgery. The other medical documents in support of the aforesaid certificate have also been placed on record.
On due consideration of submissions and on perusal of documents filed on record, this finds it expedient to allow the present petition and thus, it is directed that the order passed by this Court on 04.08.2023 shall remain extended for a further period of two months. All other conditions shall remain intact.
With the aforesaid, the petition stands allowed and disposed of.
