Heard Mr. P. Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Raparti Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 5; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4; and perused the material on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for GHMC submitted that due process of law would be followed, if any action is proposed to be taken against the petitioner in respect of the subject property bearing Municipal No.8-75/2, admeasuring 60 square yards, situated at Dargah Khaliz Khan Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
