Heard Mr. Abhishek, learned counsel, representing Ms. G. Varsha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submitted that due process of law will be followed by respondent authorities if the property of the petitioner bearing H.No.3-6-61 admeasuring 91 square yards situated at Hanuman Mandir Road, Zaheerabad, Sanga Reddy District, is acquired for widening of 40'-00' road from railway station to old NH-9 Bhavani Mandir Road in Zaheerabad.

Recording the submission of learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
