This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the order in Rc.No.370 of 2021, dated 24.09.2021 passed by the 4th respondent in rejecting the Petitioner’s renewal of Commission Agent Licence without issuing any prior notice and without placing the matter before the Market Committee and further action of the 2nd respondent/Commissioner in not taking any decision on the petitioner’s representation/appeal, dated 26.10.2021, against the above rejection proceedings, as illegal and arbitrary and consequential direction to set aside the order in Rc.No.370 of 2021, dated 24.09.2021 passed by the 4th respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submitted written instructions stating that the appeal/representation, dated 26.10.2021, filed by the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent i.e., Regional Joint Director, Agriculture and Marketing Department, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

In that view of the matter, the 3rd respondent i.e., Regional Joint Director, Agriculture and Marketing Department, Vijayawada, Krishna District, is directed to dispose of the appeal/representation, dated 26.10.2021, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
