Judgment
Adv. Sachin Kumar Lohia and Sh. Madhu Sudan Sharma, husband of Mrs. Leena Sharma appeared on behalf of Complainant.
He requested that his client may be given refund of deposit made with the Respondents with interest as project has not been completed as on date.
He also informed that the Directors of Respondent Company were arrested on some account and have been released on bail since then.
Issue notice to both the Respondents to file reply by 20.09.2022 and appear before us on next date of hearing.
We also direct Registrar of Companies to inform the Authority about status of the Company “Best View Properties Ltd” and also appear before us either in person or through Authorized Representative on next date of hearing.
We also direct DCP, EOW to inform us about the affairs and status of the Company M/s Best View Properties Ltd. if any case is registered against the Said Company.
The Complainant is directed to provide copy of complaint and all other documents to the Respondents immediately.
Case is posted for further hearing on 20.10.2022 at 11 am.
