ORDER
Pursuant to the order dated 05.08.2024 and E-notice dated 12.08.2024 issued by the Registry, Mr. S. N. Gautam, Ld. Counsel appeared on behalf of the Applicant and sought time to take instructions.
On perusal of the order dated 06.09.2019, we find that Tribunal has appointed Mr. Abhay Kumar, Address- 307, Gyan Khand I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010, [email protected], having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00504/2017- 2018/11559 as the IRP.
We, therefore, direct the Registry to issue the notice to Mr. Abhay Kumar, as per his coordinates mentioned above.
