ORDER
IA-2982/2025: The prayer made in the captioned application reads thus:-
“a)Clarify the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Hon 'ble Tribunal in Company Petition No. (lB) - 362/(ND)/2023, titled "Mis Wood Craft Furnishers Vs Hare Krsna Pvt. Ltd. with respect to Insolvency Resolution Professional appointed by this Hon 'ble Tribunal;
b)Direct Sh. Bhim Singh Goyal IRP, Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00726/2018-19/12216 not to initiate any proceeding against the Operational Debtor/Respondent;”
Our attention could be drawn to para 23 of the order dated 11.12.2023. Apparently when Mr. Arun Chadha IP was appointed RP, in the same para it is further ordered that Mr. Bhim Singh Goyal, IRP shall take charge of the CIRP qua the corporate debtor with immediate effect. Apparently once Mr. Arun Chadha was appointed as IRP, the name of Mr. Bhim Singh Goyal is wrongly mentioned. In the wake, the name “Mr. Bhim Singh Goyal” is directed to be read as “Mr. Arun Chadha.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
