Judgment
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the representation made by the unofficial 4th respondent, the benefits payable to the petitioner were discontinued by respondent Nos. 1 to 3. It was further submitted that the petitioner and the 4th respondent have since arrived at an amicable settlement of the dispute.
In view of the above, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 sought an undertaking from both the petitioner and the unofficial 4th respondent with regard to their respective share amounts and further, a declaration that they shall not make any further claim for benefits from the Corporation in future.
In view of the above, the petitioner and the unofficial 4th respondent are directed to make a fresh representation along with an undertaking within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. On such representation and undertaking being made by the petitioner and the unofficial 4th respondent, the respondent Corporation shall pay all the benefits to the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks therefrom.
Accordingly, with the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
