Judgment
Sri.Satish N.Kottalagi., counsel on behalf of Sri.Srikanth.M.P., for the petitioner and Smt.Renuka.H.R., counsel for respondent appeared in person.
This petition is filed seeking following reliefs:
(i)Direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.03.2021 in terms of the order dated 12.12.2019 vide Annexure-Q passed by this Hon'ble Court on W.P.No.35249/2019 connected with W.P.No.48363/2018 vide Annexure-V.
(ii)Direct the respondents to refix the pay of the petitioner properly and pay all arrears of salary along with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. and to continue to provide the quarters facility as directed by the Hon'ble III Additional Labor Court, Bengaluru by its award dated 17.02.2018 vide Annexure-M.
(iii)Direct to pay costs of the litigation.
(iv)Pass any order of consequential relief or any other appropriate order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the respondent - Corporation to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.03.2021.
Counsel for the Corporation submits that if an order is passed, the Corporation will consider the representation in accordance with the law.
Submission made on behalf of the respective parties is placed on record.
The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Corporation to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the law, within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
