The matter is taken up through Virtual Hearing (VC).
IA-618/2022 – This IA is filed by IRP seeking slight correction in Para 29 of the Order dated 23.12.2021. In the said Order Mr. Kamal Kishor Gurnani was appointed as Interim Resolution Professional and his IBBI registration number is wrongly typed as “11718" whereas in the certificate of registration the correct registration number of the Interim Resolution Professional is “12338”. Hence for all CIRP purposes the registration number of the IRP is corrected and should be read as “12338”. The rest of the order will remain unaltered. With the above observations IA-618/2022 is allowed and disposed of.
