Judgment
On a mention made on 04.01.2022 by Shri Sanjay Bajaj, learned counsel for the Financial Creditor that name of the IRP has wrongly been described in order dated 30.12.2021 passed in CP (IB) No.745/7/HDB/2019 and that the IRP suggested by the Financial Creditor has filed Form-2 at pages 1889-1990 of Volume 9 of the application, the following corrigendum is issued.
In paragraph 18(H) of order dated 30th December 2021 the following text appears:
"18(H) That this Bench hereby appoints Shri Sreekakulam Vamsi Krishna having Registration No. IBBI/ IPA-001/ IP-P-02167/ 2020- 2021/ 13360, as Interim Resolution Professional, whose contact details are: e-mail ID: [email protected] Address: 1-2-170/5, Rajamudhalia Street Besides Minerva Grand, Hyderabad – 500003. as Interim Resolution Professional to carry the functions as mentioned under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code."
Said paragraph 18(H) should read as under:
"18(H) That this Bench hereby appoints Shri Sudip Bhattacharya having Registration No. IBBI/ IPA-003/ IP-N00080/ 2017-18/ 10703, as Interim Resolution Professional, whose contact details are: e-mail ID: [email protected] Address: 903, Queensgate CHS Hiranandani Estate Off Ghodabander Road Thane West, Mumbai Maharashtra 400607. as Interim Resolution Professional to carry the functions as mentioned under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code."
Consequent on the above correction, paragraph 19 of the said order dated 30.12.2021 stands deleted.
