ORDER
I.A.No.378/2024:

This Application has been filed by the Financial Creditors of the Corporate Debtor under Section 60 (5) of the IBC, 2016, seeking to change the IRP appointed in the Admission Order dated 12.01.2024 and to appoint Shri T.V.S Siva Prasad bearing IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-P00406/2021-2022/14051 as the Interim Resolution Professional.

Heard the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

In the circumstances, the instant I.A. is hereby allowed by appointing Shri T.V.S Siva Prasad as Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor, in place of Shri Nagaraj Emmadi.

Accordingly, I.A.No.378/2024 stands disposed of.
