Judgment
Alleging the action of respondent No.3 in demanding the petitioner to deliver the possession of the petitioner's property to respondents No.4 to 6 i.e., agricultural lands vide (a) Survey No.86/EE/2, admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts., through a registered Dharani Sale Deed vide Document No.1792 of 2022 and (b) Survey No.85/EE/1/2, admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts., through a registered Dharani Sale Deed vide Document No.1793 of 2022, dated 24.05.2022, before Tahsildar and Joint Sub-Registrar, Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy District, without any basis or authority as illegal and arbitrary, this writ petition has been filed.
The consequential prayer is to direct the respondent No.3 not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6.
This Court, vide orders dated 04.12.2024 had modified the interim order granted on 03.12.2024 and has directed respondent No.3 Station House Officer, Maheshwaram Police Station, Rachakonda, not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6 in connection with agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-05 guntas in Survey No.86/EE/2, covered under Dharani Sale Deed bearing document No.1792 of 2022, dated 24.05.2022 and the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Survey No.85/EE/1/2, covered under Dharani Sale Deed bearing document No.1793 of 2022, dated 24.05.2022, without following due process of law.
The implead petitioners has filed an I.A.No.1 of 2026 to implead themselves as party respondents in this writ petition, stating that they are interested parties in the subject property.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submitted that there is no interference by the respondent police in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6 and it is stated that on verification of station records, it is revealed that as of now no complaint or FIR is pending against the petitioner or with regard to the subject property and that the allegation of the petitioner is denied.
Having regard to the above submissions, this Court finds that since there is no complaint and no interference by the respondent police into the subject property or the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.4 to 6, there can be no order passed by this Court in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is closed as 'no orders are necessary'. Since the writ petition itself being closed, the I.A.No.1 of 2026 is not considered and accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
