Shri A.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajay Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has retired, thus, cause shown in the relief clause does not survive and the OA has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the respondents did not oppose this fact.

Accordingly, the O.A. is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
