ORDER
I.A. 1136/2023
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submits that the partial CIRP cost has been paid and the Operational Creditor is already in the process to make the remaining payment.
In view of the submissions made, the Applicant does not wish to press upon this I.A. and thus the same is being disposed of.
The Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Chaitanya Nikte submits that they do not wish to pursue the present Company Petition and be granted permission to withdraw the same.
In view of the request made, the prayer is granted and the C.P.(IB)/2767(MB)2019 is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending I.A. i.e. I.A. 1073/2023 also stands disposed of.
