ORDER
New IA-3983/2023:
This matter has been taken up upon mentioning.
This application has been filed by the Interim Resolution Professional under Section 12A of IBC, 2016 seeking withdrawal of CIRP initiated vide order dated 27.07.2023 passed by this Tribunal.
It is submitted by Mr. Virender Ganda, Ld. Sr. Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Gautam Singhal, Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP that the matter has been settled and the entire amount has been paid by the Corporate Debtor to the Operational Creditor.
In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the parties, we permit the petition to be withdrawn.
The IRP is released/discharged from the duties. The management of Corporate Debtor shall be handed over by the IRP and restored back to the Corporate Debtor.
