This is an application filed the Resolution Professional under Section 60 (5) of the IBC, for placing on record the status report in the matter.
Heard the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the RP. It was submitted that CoC in its meeting held on 10.11.2023 with hundred per cent voting has resolved to continue for the IRP Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha as the Resolution Professional and the same is taken on record in terms of Section 22(3) (a) of the IBC. Further the status report for the period 13.10.2023 till 21.11.2023 is also taken on record with just exceptions. A copy of the resolution in respect of continuation of IRP as RP passed by the CoC for its meeting dated 13.10.2023 has also been enclosed with this application. IA is disposed off.
