This is an application under Section 22 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 for confirming the appointment of IRP as RP in the matter. We have heard the submissions made by the Counsel for the Resolution Professional. The Counsel for the RP (erstwhile IRP) and also RP in person. The RP has confirmed that he has given consent to act as RP in the matter. The RP has also submitted that the fees has been fixed by CoC. This Tribunal confirms the continuation of IRP as RP. Application is allowed.
