During the pendency of the instant case both parties have resolved the matter amicably. Further, IA No. 582/JPR/2022 has been filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner for withdrawal of the main Petition. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this present petition. Permission granted. CP No. (IB)- 161/9/JPR/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending IAs are disposed of accordingly.
