Heard Ms. Natasha Dhruman Shah, Adv. for the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor. Mr. P. A. Jadeja, Adv. appeared for the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. It has been submitted by the Counsel for the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor that the matter has been amicably settled and Petitioner has received full and final amount of Rs. 5.5 Lakhs and she wishes to withdraw the Petition. Jadeja, Adv. for the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor confirms that the mater has been settled amicably. In view of the above, CP No. (IB)- 305/9/JPR/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn together with any pending IAs.
