Heard Mr. Varun Mehra, PCS for the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor and Mr. Vikas Goel, Adv. for the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled and a sum of Rs. 47,33,932/- has been received as a full and final payment and he seeks to withdraw the petition.
It has been submitted that settlement agreement has been executed between the parties on 07.01.2022. In view of the said agreement and aforesaid
payment, permission is granted to withdraw the matter. The matter is dismissed as withdrawn.
