An application for withdrawal of petition filed under Section 9 of IBC, 2016 has been filed by the M/s Interarch Building Products Pvt. Ltd. It has been submitted that matter has been settled between the parties and according to the settlement agreement, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition. Permission granted.
