This is an application under Section 22(3)(a) read with Section 60(5) of the IB Code 2016 read with IBBI (IRP for CP) Regulations 2016.
We have heard the submissions made by the Authorized Representatives of the Applicant. In this application, the Applicant has prayed for approving the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Ray, IRP as RP in the matter of CIRP of the
Corporate Debtor. We hereby confirm the appointment of IRP as RP in terms of Section 22(2) & (3) (a) of IB Code. The consent filed by IRP to act as RP is taken on record. The application is allowed.
