Judgment
The present application has been filed on behalf of SIDBI, one of the Member of CoC praying therein to replace the IRP and appoint Mr. Harish Taneja as RP who has also given his consent letter which is at page no. 10 of the application.
We have heard the Ld. Counsel for the SIDBI and Ld. Counsel for the applicant and perused the averments made in the application.
Ld. Counsel for the SIDBI submitted that vide resolution dated 13.01.2020, it was resolved to replace the IRP, Mr. Shashi Bhushan Prasad by Mr. Harish Taneja having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00088/2017-2018/10229 who has also given consent letter which is at page 10 of the application. He further submitted that the appointment of Mr. Harish Taneja as RP has also been approved by the CoC in its meeting dated 13.01.2020.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, since the appointment of Mr. Harish Taneja is approved by the CoC, therefore, we hereby approve the appointment of Mr. Harish Taneja as RP and permit the CoC to replace the IRP with Mr. Harish Taneja. With this the present application stands disposed off.
