Judgment
The present application has been filed on behalf of Operational Creditor Madam Rohila Imam for restoration of application under Section 9 of the IBC, 2016 for initiation of CIRP of CP IB No. 3433/2019.
Mr. Anuj has appeared on behalf of petitioner and in course of hearing submitted, Madam Rohila Imam informed that she has already received the amount of Rs. 19,94,325 vide DD No. 277133 dated 04.09.2020 and she has also appeared before us through VC and admits that she has received that amount today and she has satisfied with the amount.
Ms. Nishi has appeared on behalf of respondent and also informed that demand draft of Rs. 19,94,325 vide DD No. 277133 dated 04.09.2020 has already been paid to Madam Rohila Imam. Considering these facts, since the debt has been satisfied, therefore, this application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed as it becomes infructuous.
