Ld. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the settlement agreement has been reached between the parties on 29.11.2019 and the copy of which has been produced before the Court. So, he does not want to press the present petition. The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the counsel for the respondent and further states that the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner.
In view of the submission made by the petitioner, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the proceeding pending in the matter, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. No order as to cost.
