ORDER
The Parties are represented through their respective Learned Counsel(s). The instant application is filed for recalling order dated 10.04.2019, whereby the matter was heard in absence of Respondent.
In view of the order dated 24.07.2019, the Respondent brought demand draft of Rs. 10,50,263.00 bearing no. 983778 dated 11.07.2019 of Yes Bank Ltd., in the name of Petitioner as full and final settlement against the dues of Petitioner, the same is handed over to the Learned Lawyer of the Petitioner in due acknowledgment. Accordingly, the Petitioner has filed pursuits for withdrawal of the application, filed under Section 9 of the IB Code.
Hence, pursuits for withdrawal is allowed.
