ORDER
This IA 1510/2020 was filed for urgent listing of the Application of withdrawal of Company Petition CP (IB)-3503/2018 u/s.9 of I&BC. No order was passed regarding “Admission” of this case by the Bench.
The Counsel for the Petitioner, Advocate Rahul Dev and the Counsel for the Corporate Debtor, Advocate Mr. Abdullah Qureshi are present and submitted before this Bench that Settlement Terms have been arrived at between the parties and subsequent to that, full and final payment has been made to the satisfaction of the Petitioner. In view of this, the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Petition CP (IB)-3503/2018.
As per IA 1510/2020 in CP(IB)-3503/2018 the Bench took into account the settlement arrived at by the parties and full and final payment has been made. Accordingly, the Petition stands “withdrawn”.
