Judgment
ORDER
IA 1581 of 2022:- The present Application is filed by the Operational Creditor withdrawal of the main Company Petitioner contending that the issue involved in the Petition is amicably settled, out of Court between the parties. Both the parties jointly make statement that Corporate Debtor has paid entire amount of Rs. 23,72,965/- (Rupees Twenty-Three Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Five Only) through RTGS to Operational Creditor as full and final settlement. On receipt of the amount indicated herein above, nothing remains due and payable to the Applicant on the part of the Corporate Debtor. As parties have entered into the consent terms and the said consent terms is enclosed herewith the present Application. Counsel appearing for both the parties stated that they have no objection in withdrawing the CP (IB) 643 of 2020. With the above observation, IA 1581 of 2022 is liable to be allowed and the same is allowed there by allowing the Applicant to withdraw CP (IB) 643 of 2020. Accordingly, IA 1581 of 2022 is disposed of in the above terms. Resultantly, CP (IB) 643 of 2020 stands closed as allowed to be withdrawn file be consigned to records.
