IA 1236/2022
This is an Application for withdrawal of the main Company Petition (CP) bearing CP (IB) No. 3101 of 2019 as the matter is settled out of the Court amicably between the Parties. The Applicant (Financial Creditor) has attached the consent terms on page 11 to 16 to the Application which is duly signed by the Financial Creditor and the Corporate Debtor.
In view of the above, the prayer for withdrawal of the CP is allowed. Accordingly, IA 1236 of 2022 is disposed of as allowed. Resultantly, the CP bearing CP (IB) No. 3101 of 2019 stands disposed of as dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn.
