ORDER
Learned IRP is present in person. It is represented by the Learned IRP that in relation to the claim which has been made against the Respondents has been fully settled and in the circumstances seeks to withdraw this Application. Learned IRP also represents that a memo in this regard has been filed with the Registry today. However, the same is not available in record. Mr. Narendra Kumar Biswal, Finance Manager of the Corporate Debtor is present in person, who has also taken note of the submissions made by the Learned IRP. Taking into consideration the memo as filed by the IRP as well as his representation, this Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Files to records.
