O R D E R
This is an application filed by the IRP for leave to withdraw the proceedings presented against the Corporate Debtor vide dated 01/05/2023 on the ground that Corporate Debtor has settled the matter with the Operational Creditor and pursuant to the settlement had discharged the amount agreed between the parties by way of Demand Drafts, details of which are mentioned in Form FA dated 08.05.2023, pursued the form FA. As Committee of Creditors is not constituted, the requirement of passing resolution by Committee of Creditors in the case does not arise. Accordingly, IA is allowed and disposed of.
