IA 65 of 2022
This application is filed by the IRP for withdrawal of the main matter i.e. CP(IB) 653 of 2019 on the ground that settlement between the original operational creditor and the original corporate debtor.
We heard the IRP.
IRP submitted that CoC is not formed. Since, the parties have settled the dispute.
Permission to withdraw the main matter is granted.
The corporate debtor is released from all the rigours of the CIRP.
With these directions, IA 65 of 2022 stands allowed and disposed of and the main matter i.e. CP(IB) 653 of 2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
