Judgment
IA-4162/2022: This application is filed on behalf of the IRP under Section 12A of the Code for withdrawal of the main petition. The IRP stated that the matter has been settled between Operational Creditor and Respondent. The same is also endorsed by Mr. Om Parkash Sekhawat Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor. The Form-FA duly signed by Operational Creditor has been placed on record. Taking into consideration that the matter has been settled between the parties, the present application under Section 12A is allowed.
The CIRP proceedings of the Corporate Debtor stand terminated. Mr. Naresh Kumar Bansal the IRP, who stated that the fees and costs have been paid, stands discharged. CD is released from the rigors of the CIRP.
Accordingly, main petition IB-2527/2019 stands closed.
With this, the present IA stands allowed. File be consigned to record room.
