IA 2333 of 2023- Adv. Shaile Taware for the IRP a/w Ms. Rekha Shah, IRP in person is present. Heard the above IA filed by the IRP. It has been pointed out that the matter has been settled between the Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor. Copy of the settlement agreement/consent terms dated 25th May 2023 have also been annexed with the Application. Considering the fact that the case is an initial stage and the CoC has also not been formed and further that the matter has been settled between the Parties, accordingly, the above IA is allowed and disposed of and the admission order dated 12th May 2023 is hereby recalled. Accordingly, the CP 634 of 2021 is disposed of withdrawn.
