It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire amount as per the settlement agreement, which is annexed as Annexure A-1 in IA No. 351/2022 has been received and on instructions, he wants to withdraw the present petition. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances and statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Consequent, IA No. 351/2022 is rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
