ORDER
The matter was listed on 23rd August, 2019 for pronouncement of order. Vide the said order the petition under section 9 was Admitted. An IRP was appointed by this Bench. It is submitted that prior to the pronouncement of the order, a compromise had been effected between the parties and the petition had been withdrawn on 21st August, 2019 itself.
The submission made by the petitioner appears to be correct. It is confirmed by the IRP that no steps have been taken in this case. Keeping in view that petition had been withdrawn on 21st August 2019 the inadvertent pronouncement of the order on 23rd August, 2019 is nonest and is withdrawn.
No further action is required to be taken. File be consigned to the record room.
