Ms. Tanaya Shah, Advocate appeared on behalf of Petitioner.
In the instant petition i.e. C.P. (I.B) 234/2020, the order was pronounced on 17.03.2021, however, the order is not yet uploaded on the web portal. In between both parties settled amicably and now the Petitioner desires to withdraw the petition by filing withdrawal pursuits.
Though there is order of appointment of IRP, however, no communication has been made to the IRP through Registry with regard to his appointment.
In view of that, the prayer of withdrawal of the petition is allowed.
IRP is discharged from his duties and the Corporate Debtor is free from rigour of CIRP.
