PER: SHRI RAKESH KUMAR GUPTA, MEMBER (A) At the very outset, Shri T.C. Gupta, learned counsel for the applicants, stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Original Application with liberty to file a fresh Original Application with better particulars.

Prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants is accepted and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present Original Application with liberty as aforesaid.

Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
