It is represented on behalf of Respondent No. 1 by the Learned Counsel Mr. Rishav Banerjee that I.A. No. 1275 of 2020 in CP(IB) No. 1237 of 2018 is in 'Part Heard' stage before the Adjudicating Authority (Application for non-implementation of the Resolution Plan) and hence, this Tribunal adjourns the instant Appeal to 06.12.2021.

It is lucidly very clear that before the next date of Hearing, the Learned Counsels for the Parties are required to file to furnish 'Notes of Submission', containing not more than three to five pages along with 'Citations'/'Decisions', which they rely upon, before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also in the form of Hard copy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between the Parties well in advance before the next date of 'Hearing'.

It is open to the Learned Counsel appearing for the respective Parties to furnish 'Notes of Submission', containing not more than three to five pages along with 'Citations'/'Decisions', which they rely upon, before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also in the form of Hard copy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between the Parties well in advance before the next date of 'Hearing'.

The 'Office of the Registry' is directed to List the matter on 6th December, 2021 under the caption 'Hearing'.
