Judgment
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.2 in considering the representation dated 04.08.2026 following the representation dated 26.03.2026 requesting to delete the land admeasuring Ac.5.06 gts., in Sy.No.166/9/1, situated at Bowrampet Village, Gandimaisamma Dundigal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District (for short 'the subject lands'), from the Prohibitory List under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and also in violation of principles of Natural Justice with a consequential direction to the respondents to delete the subject lands.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would make an online application seeking for de-notification of the petitioner subject lands from the section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and would submit that they would make an online application for the said purpose.
Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner as prayed for, and the petitioner may make an online application in accordance with law.
Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and upon such application made by the petitioner, respondent No.2 shall consider the online application submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law and thereafter communicate the order to the petitioner.
With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
