M.A. No. 1230 of 2015
This is an Application for impleadment and directions.
This Application is allowed subject to just exceptions and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
The Applicant is permitted to intervene in the matter and address the Tribunal at the time of final adjudication of the matter.
Accordingly, M.A. No. 1230 of 2015 stand disposed of without any order as to costs. However as far as other prayer is concerned the Applicant is at liberty to file appropriate Applications by giving copy to the Learned counsel appearing for the parties in the case.

Learned counsel appearing for the DPCC submits that some deficiencies have noticed during the course of the inspection and they are serving notice to the Project Proponent. Let copy of the report be filed during the course of the day and the same be furnished to the all the Learned counsel appearing for the parties.
