This is an application for seeking impleadment of Chief Engineer, Project Beacon, through OC 53 RCC C/O 56 APO, as respondent in the instant petition.

The record reveals that in the instant application, last and final opportunity to file the response was granted way back on 31^st October, 2025, which till date has not been filed.

Today when the instant application was taken up, the other respondent(s) as also the petitioner, have no serious objection in case the same is allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application and also in the light of no serious objection on behalf of the respondents as also the petitioner and in light of the fact that the response to the instant application has not been filed despite availing last opportunity, the same is allowed and “Chief Engineer, Project Beacon, through OC 53 RCC C/O 56 APO” is impleaded as a party respondent in the instant petition. Registry to update the cause title of the writ petition.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent, which is waived by Mr. Faizan Ahmad Ganai, learned Central Government Counsel.

Let the response on behalf of the newly added respondent be filed within a period of two weeks.
