Judgment
This Original Application has been filed under Section 14 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010. The main allegation in the application is that there is some industrial activity on the agricultural Gram Sabha land bearing Khasra No. 33/23, 33/24, 37/3 and 37/4 situated at Village Mundka, Delhi-110041. Further allegation is that the owner of the property has forged documents and encroached upon the land of the Gram Sabha. Along with application, no material has been enclosed showing the violation of environmental laws nor there is any specific allegation in the application in this regard.
For want of adequate material, we do not deem it proper to entertain this application at this stage. However, the applicant will be at liberty to make a complaint to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), if the applicant has sufficient material supporting the allegation of violation of environmental laws. If such a complaint is made by the applicant to the DPCC, the same will be duly looked into in accordance with law.
OA is accordingly dismissed.
