Judgment
No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor. Mr. Amol Vyas, Adv. appearing on behalf of the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. Mr. Nikhil Yadav, Adv. appearing on behalf of the IRP. It is seen that full compliance of the Order of Hon'ble NCLAT has been made by the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. In this matter, there is no controversy to be resolved by this Adjudicating Authority. In compliance of the Order of Hon'ble NCLAT, Applicant has to withdraw this application.
