Mr. P. Narasimha, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Writ Petitions. Further, he does not want to press the instant Contempt Case which was preferred by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the interim order dated 16.03.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, in Writ Petition No. 13605 of 2022.
Accordingly, the instant Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and the Contempt Case is dismissed as not pressed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
