Judgment
Ms. P.Krishna Keertana, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also filed a letter dated 06.10.2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, stating as under:
"The petitioner has addressed a letter dated 05.10.2026 to me, wherein he has expressed his desire to withdraw the above writ petition, as he has been transferred to another place and does not wish to pursue the matter any further.
In view of the above, I respectfully request that W.P.No.28593 of 2026 may kindly be listed before the Hon'ble Court to enable me to seek withdrawal of the same, in accordance with the instructions of the petitioner."
Permission is accorded.
This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
